Sharon is a global total rewards leader with over 30 years of expertise in the design of executive, international and domestic compensation and benefits programs. She has extensive experience in planning, designing and implementing total rewards programs that are competitive and aligned to the business strategy.
She has delivered numerous pay-for-performance plans that are cost sustaining while providing value to employees. She has expertise in designing compensation communications programs, including change management strategies and tools. Sharon previously worked at Merck and Schering-Plough in senior level compensation & benefits positions including heading the executive compensation function, developing the lead international compensation & benefits role in Europe and spearheading the integration of compensation & benefits programs, including sales incentives, during 2 major acquisitions.
Sharon was the Co-Chair of the Pharmaceutical Human Resources Association and Past President of the New Jersey Compensation Association. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Community Health Law Project. Sharon has a MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
